Starting on the 4th of September we embark on an expedition where we will be exploring the depths of ourselves. Guided by us and our wonderful mentors and alumnis this is going to be so special. Immerse yourself into different styles of breathwork sessions, different styles of music, different voices, different energies - everything you need to bring is openness and curiosity for this adventure. There is no prior knowledge or experience needed as you will be guided safely from our Spirit of Breath Collective experts.
