Monica Besser is a creative artist, singer songwriter, with over twenty five years of experience doing music to hold space in spiritual ceremonies. She's recently certified as a breathwork facilitator, and now brings together with the breathing techniques the element that she considers the key to opening the heart: singing! The invitation is to take a deep conscious connected breath, and let the voice of your own heart be your true guide and healer.

Sascha Zeilinger, founder of Spirit of Breath and certified Alchemy of Breathwork facilitator & trainer, teaches us how to consciously use one of the most powerful tools nature has given us to experience positive shifts in our emotional, mental and physical bodies.

Together they will take you on a transcendental journey with elements of breathwork, sound & voice.
