Spirit of Breath & The Temple of Babylon

Tomorrow we start our four week wellness program together. Join your fellow family members for four weeks. Join one or all classes, it’s totally up to you!

It includes:

- A family WhatsApp group with weekly and daily updates to keep you going and motivated.

- A option to connect with yourself and others.

- A journey through different classes and practices. At the end you can find what fits you the best.

- Access to our Spiritual Classroom portal on our soon to be launched website.

We start tomorrow with a Power to Positivity inspiration class. Get access to information how to get a positive mindset and tricks to maintain it. The class starts with an informative part after which you have time to ask questions. We end with a meditation to send you off to a beautiful week ahead. If you want to deepen the practice you can do homework during the week to create consistency and a strong mindset. Let’s bring the beauty of Mondays back!
