A Guided Journey into Breath, Body & Consciousness
Spirit of Breath is a profound inward journey that uses the power of conscious, connected breathing to access altered states of consciousness and support deep healing and integration.
Through breath, sound, and gentle movement, we work directly with the nervous system, the physical body, and the emotional landscape. This process allows stored tension, suppressed emotions, and old patterns to surface and release — creating space for clarity, vitality, and inner freedom.
Our bodies hold memories long after the mind has moved on. Past experiences, emotions, and even trauma can remain stored in the nervous system. Through deep, connected breathing, we create the conditions for these layers to gently unwind, allowing what no longer serves to be released — at your own pace, in your own way.
