We all have been there, coming from an event with all these amazing experiences, exploding emotions and good intentions. But what happens after one or two weeks? Most of our new goals become wishes and then vanish. Have you ever asked yourself how to make change last?

Are you looking for techniques that not only bring the big bang, but lasting improvements on a day to day basis? Are you looking for ways to help yourself when times get rough or everyday work stresses you out? Are you in need of simple techniques to level up your everyday life and overall well being?

Our Masterclass is designed to help you help yourself or others. We show you simple but effective day to day breathing techniques that are easy to integrate in your daily schedule. This Masterclass is all about making life easier with just a minimum of action required.

You will learn tools that help you to get going in the morning, to endure during the day and to come down in the evening, or the other way around if needed ;) This Masterclass is also well suited for yoga teachers or coaches who want to widen their knowledge about breathing and implement new skills for their classes and sessions.

We are looking forward to breathing with you on Sunday, 20th August from 10 - 11.30 am via Zoom. 

You don’t need any prior knowledge and everybody is welcome. The replay will be sent to those who have registered.
