What is Breathwork

Breathwork is a dynamic body-mind practice using conscious connected breathing techniques for inner peace, enhanced health, wellbeing and personal transformation.

By changing the pattern of breathing, we can directly influence our physical, mental and emotional state of being.

Through conscious connected breathing, attention is directed into the body and brought to the intensified experience of the present

moment, free of judgment, comparison or analysis.

The more we can give ourselves to conscious breathing, the more relaxed we can deal with intense states.

Hidden patterns that prevent us from reaching full potential can be recognized and released, and so we can go back to the flow.

Everyone is on a unique journey. And exactly this is so striking in the work of breathing: we experience exactly what is relevant for the individual.

Private Breathwork sessions include a completely customized practice for individuals. They provide a convenient way to practice breathwork according to individual goals, requirements, schedule, and location, allowing for detailed personal attention. Classes can be held at your home, workplace, or in a provided space according to agreement.
