Masculine and feminine energy. Have you ever asked yourself which energy is more present in you at the moment?

Is your masculine more dominant? Is your feminine energy bringing forth your intuitiveness? Are both of these energies serving you or sabotaging?

Light and dark. Sun and moon. Yin and Yang. Inhale and exhale. Polarity.

We exist within these dual forces. They complement each other and bring wholeness. There is no light without darkness. There is no inhalation without exhalation. Feminine energy is seen as yin, being, nurturing, caring, flowing and intuitive.

Masculine energy is yang, action-orientated, goal-oriented, focussed and reason driven.

In this breathe we will play with our masculine and feminine energy.
