The Spirit of Breath - Conscious Breathwork
is an active meditation technique that focuses on developing a deep relationship with your breath. By engaging in conscious breathing, you can release 'stuck' energy and identify where your personal blocks reside. This creates a pathway for a physical, mental and emotional detox, allowing you to clear your body, mind and soul.
Through conscious breathwork, you can both activate and relax your body, releasing tension and liberating yourself from limiting beliefs. This practice helps you to break free from old habits and thinking patterns that keep you stuck in a loop of unproductive behavior.
The power of conscious breathwork lies in its ability to reconnect you with your innate inner wisdom, opening your heart to radical self-love, self-healing, and self-acceptance. It's a powerful healing modality that many are calling the 'next big thing.'
To fully enjoy the benefits of this practice, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and avoiding heavy meals for an hour or two before the session.
Please note that if you are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, heart conditions, schizophrenia, or any other acute health issues, it's important to let us know in advance. We highly recommend booking a private session if you have any of these conditions.
Spirit of Breath is not a medical practice and facilitators are not medically trained. If you suffer from any serious condition you should check with your medical practitioner prior to breathing with us. The breath style we use is not advised for conditions such as Bipolar, Schizophrenia, acute heart conditions, epilepsy or delicate pregnancy. Likewise, if you are on any medications you are advised to seek medical counsel prior to joining us.
