Father wounds.  We all have them. To become the greatest possible version of ourselves, and for the sake of the next generation, we need to heal from them.   

Join us as we dive deep into breath work, movement, ice immersion, sharing circles and vulnerability, exploring the connection we have to our fathers.  

Regular tickets are €50, or €40 if you bring a brother with you.
