Hello and welcome to our Breathwork & Gong Journey.

In this session we are combing the two elements Breathwork & Gong Meditation to reconnect with parts of ourselves that we've been avoiding for way to long.

About Elisa Lindenberg:

Elisa Lindenberg plays her symphonic gongs gently, meditatively, healing and accompanying the process. In gong meditation, the sounds and vibrations of the gongs work on the different levels of the self, relaxing the body and mind. The brain frequency slows down and a trance-like state sets in. The sound waves penetrate the cells of the body and immediately develop their regulating and cleansing effect. The space is free for transformation and healing.
